    Chinese/Indo-Chinese Cuisine

    We love stir fry and a good Chowmein! American Chinese and Desi or Indo Chinese are almost similar in that they swap out some ingredients to more commonly available ones. The only difference is that Indo Chinese is a little more spicy and uses some fusion style spices. I love both and so I put up both versions for you!

    My family favorite is the Dragon Chicken and the Crispy Beijing Beef.
