Saudi Champagne

A fine non alcoholic Beverage, made by apple juice, soda and sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 1 Liter apple juice fresh or boxed
  • 1 Liter sparkling water
  • 1 whole apple thinly sliced
  • 1 whole orange thinly sliced
  • 13 to 14 mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 15 medium ice cubes
  • 330 ml of white fizzy drink (7up or sprite) (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, add sliced oranges, mint leaves and apple slices. Squeeze lemon juice all over it,
  • Add in the ice cubes and pour apple juice first. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the sparkling water or white soda. Stir around.
  • 4. Serve immediately in champagne flutes

Notes

  • You can substitute sparkling water with white soda
  • If you want, you can prepare the apple juice with the fruits overnight to intensify the infusions. Simply add the sparkling water when ready to serve
  • This drink is not mildly sweet in taste. For a more intense sweet flavor, use white fizzy drinks instead of sparkling water.
