I made this for our office healthy salad lunchathon 🙂 A bunch of us have come together and take turns making Salads for a healthier, more filling and leaner weekday lunch! Used this as my inspiration, added some rocket salad, Chinese cabbage, as well as grilled kababs for the protein content. Didn’t have strawberries handy, used raspberries instead! Looked so tempting, and tasting yumm! Thank you once again 🙂
