yes you can! you’ll just have to let it thaw on its own when you want to eat it. you cant microwave it.

Hey Fatima. ok so the reason we don’t add cream in the beginning is that it thickens up the milk and it becomes difficult for the bread to absorb the milk. If you wanna bake this, then i’ll suggest that you reserve some part of the milk mixture (about 1/2 cup) and pour the rest of the milk in a baking tray along with the bread and bake it (making sure to flip the bread if they are not fully submerged). And then once they are baked, then you can top it off with a mix of the reserved milk mixed with cream. I hope this helps. if not let me know.
