Made this last night. It was so good. The curry is to die for. I made some hung yogurt and put some in the kofte and in place of some of the cream. Used cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in place of the cardamom, which is difficult to get in America. Great meal!

In reply to Umm e dua faisal. hi there! so I used tetra pak cream for this one, commonly available here in the Middle East from puck and almarai etc. But you can also use fresh cream if you are in India / Pakistan or similar countries. If you live in North America etc or Europe, table crema Or medium cream is a good option. You can even use cooking cream.
