In reply to Mohsina. Hey there, the rough estimate for 1 cup is 250 gm but they dont tell you that different substances have different weights. For example if you take one cup of rocks, you will probably end up with 400 gms or even more. Similarly, one cup of feathers will weigh way less. I hope the analogy makes sense. the 1 cup = 250 gm is a rough estimate but changes with different ingredients. Milk powder is denser and so 1 cup only holds upto 100 gms of it. Let me know if you have any confusions.

One question, the recipe says one cup (100 gm) milk powder. one measuring cup is typically 250 gm. can you clarify which one it is? thank you!
