I made this today with my 7 year old granddaughter. It’s a brilliant recipe. Easy enough to make and assemble, every single element tastes fabulous, and together they are a dream.
It’s so good we decided to make pudding shaped one for Christmas.

In reply to Claire. Hi Claire, Thank you so much. so the coffee only adds a slight bitter flavor to the recipe to cut through the sweetness of the biscuit and balance the dessert. You can use cocoa powder instead to bring about the same effect. :) best of luck
