Aamchoor or tatri both have a nice sour taste. Which is usually found in chaat masalas. Dahi bara masala are usually used in combination with chaat masalas so they don’t generally need to have that sour punch. But if you are going to only use dahi bara masala solo, then oh definitely, amchoor or tatri would be a great addition.
