In reply to Sadaf. Im sorry if im answering later than you needed. But you don't need to thaw the kebabs. IF you want to freeze them I'd suggest stir frying them for about 1 min, letting them cool down and then freeze. This helps in lock in the moisture and juices. YOu can also freeze completely raw kebabs but that might lead to moisture loss once you fry them on your desired date. But to answer your question, you can directly keep frozen kebabs on the pan and fry. no need to thaw

I made these a week ahead for a party and plan on freezing them as you suggested.
Can you please let me know what’s the best way to cook the frozen kebabs?
Thaw and fry or cook frozen kebabs directly ? And for how long to avoid dry kebabs?

I made this recipe last night and we were all blown away by how moist and juicy the kababs were!I am a novice cook so all those tips about not overfrying the kababs and adding cornflour to the cheese were super helpful!The spices were so balanced and the kababs were not all bland.Would definately try more of your recipes.Many thanks!
